Welcome to The Taco Saint. I have been grappling with an unhealthy obsession with tacos for about 30 years. It started with my grandmothers 1950's style tacos served with a fried corn shell, ground beef, onions, shredded cheddar, and KETCHUP. My taco disease spread as I was introduced to taquerias in traditional Hispanic neighborhoods with their authentic style.
